Soon after divorcing Selvaraghavan, Sonia Agarwal decided to focus on her acting spree. The actress has now played a very important role in the multi-starrer film‘Vaanam’. The film is about 5 parallel tracks bringing various characters together in the climax. Sonia Agarwal plays a Muslim girl, housewife of Prakash Raj, who had her miscarriage of her child during a violent clash between Prakash Raj and few people from Hindu Community. Though her role is not as major as other actors, she will have a good scope.

The actress says that the film is the best one for her comeback and is self-assured that it will gain her incredible laurels. The actress has now shown green signal to director Akilan, who’ll be making a film based on the weekly story published in a renowned magazine.
