Sanusha made her debut as heroine through the Tamil film Renigunta. She made her entry into films as child artist in Malayalam films. She became heroine though the Tamil film. Now she is pairing with Dhilip in a Malayalam film.

While speaking about this said,"I have acted as a child artist in more than 40 films. The Tamil film Renigunta has turned my life upside down. Though I am acting as heroine in many films, I consider pairing with Dhilip in the film Mister Marumagan as something great. It is not new to pair with senior heroes. I am getting lots of offers in Tamil. I am selecting good stories and acting in it."
