Income Tax officers conducted raids at actress Anushka’s house located at Woods Apartments in Jubilee Hills in Hyderabad. The raid took place on Wednesday early in the morning when the actress was sleeping.

Anushka was resting after attending audio launch of Vaanam in Chennai. The income tax officers became suspicious after she purchased a house in Journalist colony in Hyderabad. Along with director SS Rajamouli, she bought a land on the outskirts of Visakhapatnam.
The officers say"we had come across some important documents of real estate investments at Anushka’s flat and we have taken the documents in our custody".Along with Anushka, Nagarjuna, Ravi Teja and a leading producer’s houses was also had a tax raids.
